After graduating from the Linguistic University named after V. Brusov, Nelli worked for 2 years as administrator at Public Television of Shirak.

In 2014, she moved to Germany and started her studies at Phillips Universität Marburg/ Faculty of Foreign Languages, North American Studies.

Nelli joined management4health in February 2020 as Team Assistant. She has been in charge of all office administrative tasks, provides logistics support with regard to hotel and flight reservations, visa applications and organisation of internal and external events. She furthermore provides support in particular in her business development process. From January 2021 onwards, she also took on responsibility for expert search and maintaining m4h expert database.
